• Led development of Zaia's B2B model, the operating model the company still executes: businesses create and run their own agents on the platform.
• Led the agent platform where a user creates an agent, selects a model, and adds data to the RAG pipeline by embedding it and storing it in a vector database.
• Connected agents to WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Make, Manychat, and e-commerce platforms so one agent can operate in the channels a business already uses.
• Integrated ElevenLabs so agents can respond in audio and in text.
• Built the streaming response architecture that replaced the previous WebSocket approach, so clients render a reply as it is produced.
• Built the backend and the frontend on Bun, with ElysiaJS for type-safe API contracts, and evolved the React, Vite, and React Native clients with product and design.
